My most frequent prayer is asking God for his blessing and thanking him.
E.g. “God please bless…. (a person or event) and Thank You.
I found a meaningful definition of blessing in A Littlie Book of Celtic Blessings. “Each action, through or intention is “sained”, made holy by blessing. Blessing is a consecration, and inclusion of the mundane within the sacred that confers grace and protection. Blessing allows what ever is blessed to fully realize its innate potential.”
